Yankton, SD 57078 proved challenging from a number of perspectives. The primary obstacle in getting things done was a heavy layer of bureaucracy combined with an equally opposing lethargy from the many underpaid and under resourced inmates, otherwise intent on legitimate success. Working around this fact made the day a bit longer, leaving no time to complain.
